Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Single Cookie

This single cookie is made with browned butter, pumpkin cookie dough, and semi sweet chocolate chips. The caramel like notes of the browned butter pairs beautifully with the warm pumpkin flavor making this cookie soft, chewy and perfect for fall.
